Design and build five grand villa pools in a protected wildlife environment — where the materials, systems, and aesthetic needed to harmonise completely with the natural landscape.
We developed an original concept brief for each of the five pools independently — studying the orientation, foliage, and villa architecture before a single line was drawn.

For context: drinking water is typically filtered to 10–25 microns. We achieved that standard in a competition swimming pool. This is now our baseline for every premium project.
International-standard water clarity was non-negotiable. The existing filtration system was chronically underperforming, repeatedly failing health checks.
We conducted a full forensic review before touching anything. The entire filtration architecture was redesigned from scratch — targeting 10 microns as the specification.
10-micron water clarity achieved. The result became our minimum delivery standard for all subsequent premium projects. The school signed an ongoing AMC.
ATS One Hamlet is a premium development where every element was designed to a high standard. The pool had to hold its own against the architecture — not be an afterthought.
We retained design authority from the first 3D render through to the last tile placed. Materials were sourced, approved, and locked in before groundbreaking. No substitutions.
The completed pool matched the original 3D concept to a degree the client had not previously experienced. On-time delivery. Premium finish. MEP systems for long-term reliability.

The landscape design demanded seven distinct pool levels cascading across the site — a configuration with no real precedent in Indian residential construction. Water needed to move cleanly between every level, and each stacked basin had to carry the structural and waterproofing load of the ones above it.
We engineered the water transfer between all seven levels as a single connected system — balancing flow rates so no level ran dry or overflowed — while independently solving the structural and waterproofing demands of basins stacked directly on top of each other.
Seven levels, flowing as one, with no visible plumbing and no compromise on structural integrity. The first pool of its kind in India — and proof that ambitious landscape design and rigorous engineering aren't a trade-off.
